the same?
17. How do i select items to send a request?
18. What is "add query" button?
19. How does the selection of products and sending inquiry takes
place?

Answer to Q: 16,17,18,19
When you have reached the products using any of the browsing
options enlisted in FAQ 6,7,8,9,10 click on Add
Query button, which adds your selected item in the product
request basket.

After choosing the item from the listing of the
Application
and/or Product line by clicking on
Add Query (and not by clicking on the
product). The next screen will ask you to enter all the
details/specifications pertaining to the product chosen. After you
have finished with all the details, click on "add
item" at the bottom of the form. This will take you to
another screen "check out query"
in case you are finished with all the selection or you may click on
"return to Listing" in case
you wish to choose more/other items.

Note: after Add Query button
all the forms are self-explanatory with user guiding buttons.

20. How do I explain
the technical details and specifications of the product i am
interested in, there always remains a chance of error?
21. What does "sending sample" field means in the "please
enter the details" form?
22. I wish to send a sample of the product for you to manufacture a
prototype. What do i do?

Answer to Q: 20, 21, 22
To understand the technical details of your requirements, we have
provided you a blank form with
every item, wherein you can specify the general details of the
product like vehicle model, original part
number, year of manufacturing, series etc. Additionally, we
have also given you a remarks space 'please
enter the details with every item chosen wherein you
can elaborately mention your requirements in text format.

The sending sample option
allows us to know your willingness to send a sample of the item.
Otherwise if you leave it blank, it means you have no intention of
sending a sample. There is always a chance of error while giving the
technical details and specifications of the product you want, like:
like vehicle model, original part number,
year of manufacturing, series etc which may be ambiguous.
Hence we prefer that you send us a sample, thereby making it easier
for us to know the exact nature of your required product. However,
we can always process your request without a sample.

Moreover, we always welcome development of any engineering item as
per a given sample and/or technical specifications/drawings. The
sample or technical specifications can be of automobile or any other
engineering /industrial application. We confidently promise to offer
you an exact replica of your sample.

In case you are a technocrat from automobiles or any other
engineering industry, we recommend you to send us detailed technical
drawings of the product of your interest. We assure that the
drawings will be thoroughly scrutinized by our technical experts
before getting back to you with a positive proposal.

On receipt of your request we shall send you a confirmation at your
mailing details asking you to reconfirm your request. This enables
us to reconfirm your requests and gives you the chance to rectify
errors if any.

23. What is update
query button?
24. How do i edit my items once chosen?
25. I have entered the wrong specifications for a product, how do i
make a correction?

Answer to Q: 23, 24, 25
The Update Query button, as it indicates, means that this
particular item has been already chosen earlier by the user and is
lying in the collecting basket. In case the item is not chosen, the
button will always show Add Query.

Using Update Query the visitor can edit the specifications
of an item that the visitor has already chosen. See (FAQ: 20, 21, 22
for how to choose an item).

You may edit the items chosen by two ways: Firstly, the button
before the item that you have chosen has turned into Update Query
instead of Add Query. By clicking on the Update Query
button, you may edit the specification of the item after
locating it from the basket containing all the items already chosen
by you.

Secondly, you may click on View Basket
button, which is located at the right hand bottom of every detailed
product-listing page. This will list all the items that you have
chosen to send us a product request. You may edit the specification
of the desired item(s) after locating it from the basket table
containing all the items already chosen by you.

from your product selection basket?

At the bottom of every detailed product listing page there is an

Clicking on the same will take you to the next screen wherein you

This format will then be updated to the existing set of your chosen
products.

Alternative solution: before using this option we suggest you to
look into the browse
all option where all our existing items are
alphabetically listed.

However, if you do not want to go through our standard product
lists, you may simply use the Enquiry option in the menu bars and
click the option no. 3: Direct
Enquiry Of Your Required Items In Text Format

Here you are provided with a blank form to enter the product &
its respective details. Out here you are requested to please mention
your contact details especially your email address.
